Kathy Knox

Kathy, one of the area's top real estate agents, continually closes over $20 million in real estate sales a year. Affectionately referred to as "the Real Estate Lady" she has continually reached the status of the Chairman's Elite Club of William Raveis Real Estate in 2004, 2005, 2006 & 2007.  The Chairman's Elite Club represents the top 5% of the agents at Raveis.  Before joining William Raveis Real Estate, Kathy was in the top 1% of Coldwell banker agents in 2002 & 2003 gaining her the President's Premier Award.  Recently Kathy was ranked nationally in the top 1% of the Realty Alliance group.  Kathy was the proprietor of Knox Real Estate in Littleton for over 20 years.  Kathy is a New Homes Specialist, Relocation Certified and a member of the Graduate Realtor's Institute (GRI).

 

Joe Knox

Joe has worked in different aspects of real esate for over 20 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to the team in the development, construction, zoning and permit areas.  A former co-owner of a construction & development company Joe can assist you through the permitting and approval process.  Currently Joe is a member of the Littleton Board of Selectman and a former member of both the Littleton Board of Appeals and the Town Government Study Committee (Chairman).  Joe is a former Women's Hockey Coach at UNH and Lawrence Academy. 

 

Kim Knox

Kim brings 10 years of real estate experience to the team and is the Team's Administrator.  Kim is in charge of sales and listing maintenance and is the closing coordinator for the Team, insuring you a seamless transaction.  There is a good chance you will be hearing directly from Kim directly during your transaction process with the knox Real Estate Team to make sure your every concern is taken care of.  Kim is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire where she was a member of the 1998 National Women's Hockey Championship Team.
